Hero's Media offers reputation management services for businesses.

It's impossible to remove bad reviews or articles about your business but companies can 'push down' negative news with positive news.

We do this by publishing raving reviews about your business, so customers looking for your reviews find great thing about you.

You can choose to provide your own reviews, or our blog partners can write them for you. It's optional and up to you.

When you order, you'll be able to upload your own review or select the option for us to write it for you (at no cost)

We charge a flat fee of $50/month to write, publish and maintain your post, which includes managing customer comments on your behalf.

You also can purchase multiple reviews. If you purchased 5 reviews, it would be $1,000 one-time payment, plus $250/month for us to manage these reviews on your behalf.

It typically takes 1 week from your order to when your review can be published.

During this time, our team will be working with our publisher partners to get your review published on a suitable, and niche-relevant site for you.

You can make changes to your review content during this time.

Yes we do! Just email our support team and we'll be able to refund you or cancel your subscription for you.

We typically recommend 5 - 15 reviews.

We can't guarantee that all Reviews will make it to the first page of Google.

However, we've found that 30 - 70% of all reviews we publish make it to the first two pages of Google for our clients within 6 months.

You can also build backlinks to the reviews we publish for you to help ensure they make it to the first page of Google.

False advertising is illegal, and our editorial team ensures we comply with all US and EU laws, this includes:

1. All reviews are written in first person, expression our views of your products or services.

2. All reviews will have a 'Sponsored Post' or similar disclaimer.

3. All partner blogs will have a terms & service page to let customers know these may be paid for reviews.

4. We will never say anything that's materially untrue about your products or services.

We're always happy to make editorial changes for you. Simply let us know what changes you'd like and we can have those changes published for you.

Please note because we work with bloggers and publishers, it may tale up to 2 weeks for changes to be submitted and approved by the publisher.

Please note that reviews will be removed when your plan is cancelled.

However, If you re-instate your plan at a later date, all reviews will be republished.
